I don’t see an option to set private DNS

When you set the DNS Filter option, it automatically locks private DNS.

How would you unblock it

Is this the DNS filter that eGate provides not your own DNS?

By turning off the DNS filter.

It is mullvad DNS.

Oh, but you had that fixed a while ago

Referring to private dns?

Yes the option that when you set a DNS in egate it blocks the DNS settings

That option used accessiblity features to block access to the private DNS settings, and didn’t work perfectly. This new option is ironclad in its security.

Understood, I can confirm that the feature to block Bluetooth sharing and physical media works amazing maybe you can add a feature to put in your own DNS address through egate and have it blocked in the settings

Also if you claim you have a new way to block system settings without accessibility maybe you can remove the accessibility feature from eGate since it doesn’t always work to well and implement the block the same way you did the DNS settings for the accessibility menu

Any chance blocking ads will be added?
