Gmail Sign-in method for any basic non-smartphone device.
Create an app password - which is a 16 digit passcode that gives any device access to your Google account. You’ll only have to enter the app password once on your device, so don’t worry about memorizing it, although you can save it for future sign in attempt.
Here is how to set it up:
1 visit myaccount.google.com/security

Turn on two-step verification.

Go back to the security home page, by clicking on the back arrow (2-step Verification)

Now you will see an option ‘App Passwords’, click on it.

At the bottom, select OTHER and enterany custom name. (Email)

Select GENERATE

On device, enter your full gmail address at the username, and by the password enter the app password (the 16-character code in the yellow bar - without the space’s) on your device

On LG phones, skip the user name, enter the password first, & then enter the [username@gmail.com].
In your Google account settings turn 2 step verification on and then you’ll have a option to make app passwords make one with a custom app “email”
then you’ll have a new 12 digit password use this to sign In your email on your phone instead your regular password …Gmail Sign-in method for any basic non-smartphone device.
