Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Download and Install Yuzu Emulator

    • Prod.keys File:
      • Acquire your prod.keys file. This file is required to decrypt Nintendo Switch games. I provided one in the firmware folder.
      • install it via Tools/encryption keys.
    • Firmware Installation:
      • In Yuzu, go to tools > Install Firmware and select the firmware folder.
  2. Preparing Your Game Files

    • Game Format: Ensure your game files are in NSP or XCI format.
    • Game Acquisition:
      • Use this method only with games you have legally purchased.

  3. Launching and Configuring a Game

    • Load Your Game:
      • Open Yuzu, click on File > Load File, and select your game file. NSP format.
    • Initial Setup:
      • Once loaded, you might need to configure additional settings like resolution, control mapping, and performance tweaks.

      • If you experience performance issues, try lowering the resolution or adjusting graphics settings in Yuzu’s configuration menu.
