Guide: Install Tiny11 Without Data Loss or USB

Introduction

Tiny11 is a debloated version of Windows 11, removing unnecessary features like Microsoft Edge, Office 365, and other bloatware we all love to hate. It’s fast, lightweight, and perfect for low-end PCs.
My PC has definitely become faster since Tiny11 removes bloatware you probably didn’t even know existed!

If you’re tired of transferring data, burning ISO images to USB, or losing files during installation, this guide is for you. Follow these simple steps to install Tiny11 directly on your PC, without any data loss or extra hassle.

Images of every single step will be included at the bottom to make this guide beginner-friendly.

What You’ll Need

  1. Tiny11 No Data Loss Patch
  2. Tiny11 ISO File

Step 1: Create a New Partition

  1. Open Disk Manager: Press Windows Key + X, then select Disk Management.

  2. Shrink Your Main Drive:

    • Right-click on C: and select Shrink Volume.

    • Enter 10000 MB (10GB) as the amount to shrink, then click Shrink.

  3. Create a New Partition:

    • Right-click the unallocated space, then select New Simple Volume.
    • Follow the wizard, set the volume label to Tiny11, and complete the setup.

Step 2: Add Tiny11 Files to the Partition

  1. Mount the Tiny11 ISO:
    • Double-click the ISO file to mount it.
  2. Copy Files to Partition:
    • Copy all files from the mounted ISO to the newly created Tiny11 partition.
  3. Apply the No Data Loss Patch:
    • Open the patch folder.
    • Extract its contents into the Tiny11\Sources folder.
    • Overwrite any existing files.

Step 3: Install Tiny11

  1. Run the Installer:
    • Navigate to the Tiny11\Sources folder on the partition.
    • Double-click SetupPrep.exe to launch the installer.
  2. Set Up Preferences:
    • When asked, choose Not Right Now for update downloads.
    • Select Keep Only Data, not apps (this ensures bloatware is removed).
  3. Start Installation:
    • Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

Important Notes

  • The installation may take about 30 minutes.
  • Choosing “Keep Only Data” ensures a clean, debloated Tiny11 installation. Retaining apps defeats the purpose since bloatware will remain.
