i just discovered that if i turn off battery optimization for Call Log Backup/Restore it fixes the recent calls issue on tcl flip (at least i think so i am hoping someone else will try and let us all know)

Can you explain what issue you were talking about?
The TCL is notorious for its very buggy call history the lines keep jumping around or are just not there it all. I think that turning off the battery optimization helped (not totally but I’m pretty sure it’s improved)

When filtered in Tag it works no issues
The filter companies (purifone, koshertek) fixed the bug

Your right the app is still there if you list all apps there is call history and call log. Does anyone have that call log app
If Filtered with purifone, native app should be in the menu

is there any way to get a hold of the phone app that puriphone (unless they built it themselves) . or are there any other options that might work?
Does anyone know if the call history issue has been fixed on KEKA. and if it is can the Phone app be pulled (without rooting because i dont think they figured out how to root KEKA yet)
to me this is the biggest issue with the tcl
i have tried other dialers from ApkPure but nothing works normally for a flip phone.
