Using vMouse - (I think v2), and works great, except that if I try to use the grab 'n drag function, it will grab and drag fine, but won’t let go. I can get it to let go by hitting star button, (turning off mouse mode), but then no mouse clicks will work anymore. The mouse shows on the screen, and moves around, but nothing will be clicked.
I can live without the function, (but would be great if it worked), and I know there is a note in the docs about it being touchy/experimental, so not necessarily complaining about that. All I am wondering is how I could restart the mouse service so that it will start working normally again.
Problem is that I hit the ‘1’ or ‘3’ key by accident sometimes…
The easiest way out that I know is to restrart the phone but I am wondering if anyone has a way to do it without restarting.
I’m now reading your original post again.
Why is it such a bad fix for an occasional accidental button press to wait 90 seconds for your phone to restart?
It’s not worth making a big deal over it that Scott should reprogram the whole mouse.
Good question. It mainly gets frustrating when I am chatting with someone or the like and this happens. But you are right that it’s not the biggest deal.
I more like wanted to know of I can restart it while the phone is on, more then scott reprograming the whole thing,
From testing today I think the story is that the 1 function works perfectly and you can end it by pressing ok (like @FliphoneBochur mentioned) but the 3 option presses down on the screen and once you shut the mouse off the select option won’t work anymore.
